February 6 Dance
The Sweetheart Swing be on Friday, February 6, 2026,
6 – 10 PM in the Fireside Room at the Rossmoor Gateway Complex.
Catering will be by Il Pavone Restaurant catering!
The attire for the evening is cocktail dresses or dressy pants ensembles for women and coat and tie for men.
- 6:00 PM: Lounge area socializing begins.
Our member licensed bar tenders, Cal Wiemers and Sam Lamonica, will serve you at the Cash Bar
while Il Pavone serves hors d'oeuvres.
Wine is $3/glass, mixed drinks are $6.50/glass, and top shelf liquor is $10/glass. Soda will be available free of charge.
- 7:00 PM dinner is served at our beautiful tables with floral centerpieces.
- 7:30 PM Live music by the Bob Guiterrez Quartet, playing a variety of music for dancing Swing, Foxtrot, Waltz, Cha Cha, Rumba and others.
Bottles of Red and White Wine will be at the tables.
The Il Pavone staff will serve family style:
Winter pear salad accompanied by dressing,
Rolls and butter, Chicken Piccata, Zucchini Risotto, Winter Vegetables,
and Tuscany Style Chocolate Beignets for dessert.
Cost is $140/member couple and $160/guest couple.
The deadline for reservations, refunds or cancelations is on Thursday, January 30, 2025 by 5 pm.
No late reservations can be accepted!
